The Strategy:

BlueTreeDigital is BPA Solutions’ outsourced marketing department, assigned to raise awareness of their brand and build their marketing strategy. BPA Solutions wanted to increase awareness of their brand as a provider of Microsoft SharePoint applications. BlueTreeDigital promoted BPA Solutions by leveraging a Microsoft Business Critical SharePoint solutions webcast to reach out to their target audience enabling BPA Solutions to network using multiple online tools and methods to create a virtual classroom at a great cost savings. Webcast experts say some webinars see a 70% rebound effect comprising those who viewed the live broadcast as well as new individuals.


The Results:

There was immense response on the Business-Critical SharePoint (BCSP) Yammer network. A Microsoft executive responds a week before the webinar,“We already have 230 people registered … and out of only about 10 BCSP partners, BPA Solutions drove 96 people to the webcast.” BPA Solutions was thrilled. Their Managing Director of BPA North America responded, “This went out to all partners and created some good awareness of BPA from major integrators in the BCSP program and good will from Microsoft!” Increased awareness for both BPA Solutions and Microsoft was accomplished and the rebound effect has been tremendous, shown by a 27% increase in visitors to the BPA website.
